Hormonal Smoothie Recipes for successery!
Cycle syncing is hard, especially in the beginning!
We are all human...empowered femme humans I might add and we live busy on-the-go lives that make it hard to stay in synch all of the time. For this reason, I have put together this blog post highlighting my cycle-syncing smoothie recipes for successery!
Follicular Phase:
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup frozen zucchini
1 frozen banana
2 tbs ground flax
1 1/2 cup nut/ seed milk
1 heaping scoop of nut butter OR sub avo for more earthy, mild flavor.
*optional scoop of vanilla protein powder*
Ovulatory Phase:
1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower
1/2 cup Frozen strawberry
2 tbs sunflower seeds
2 tbs coconut butter
1 tps tumeric powder
1 1/2 cup nut milk
*optional cup of spinach* (changes the color)
*optional scoop of vanilla protein powder*
Luetal Phase:
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbs spirulina powder
1/2 frozen banana
2 pitted dates
2 tbs sunflower seeds
1/4 cup nut butter
1/2 tps cinnamon
1 1/2 cup nut milk
*optional scoop of vanilla protein powder*
Menstrual Phase:
2 cups of kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbs flax seed
1 heaping scoop of nut butter
2 tbs acai
1 1/2 cup nut milk
*optional 2tbs cacao powder*
