My Go-To Smoothie Recipes!

Fuel up! You powerhouse, you!

These smoothie recipes will change your AM routine for the better! Starting your day with the fuel that you need to get through any and everything on your to-do list!

Let's face it honay... We live in a fast paced world. From rushing out of the house to make your first meeting to sprinting into your midday workout, there is never a wasted minute!

I have gone too many hours in the AM without any fuel because I just "didn't have time".
It's safe to say that these smoothies saved my morning and my life!

You'll never catch me leaving the house again without a purse full of snacks + smoothie in hand!

 

Enjoy!-

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bananza (tastes like a peanut butter cup)
    -1 tbsp cacao powder
    -1 frozen banana
    -1 heaping scoop of peanut butter
    -1 teaspoon maca powder
    -1/2 cup nut milk
    -1/2 tsp cinnamon
-Top with cacao nibs

Acai PBJ  (tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich)
    -1/2 pack of acai puree or 1 tbsp powder
    -1/2 cup blueberries
    -1 heaping scoop of peanut butter
    -1 frozen banana
    -1/2 cup nut milk
    -2 pitted dates

Green Dream
    -1 cup spinach
    -1/2 tbsp spirulina or chlorella
    -1/2 cup nut milk
    -1 heaping scoop of almond butter
    -1 frozen banana
-1/4 c steamed then frozen cauliflower
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp hemp seeds
-1/4 avocado
-2 pitted dates
-Small bundle of cilantro (optional)

Beet Goji Bliss
    -1 tsp beet powder
    -1 tbsp maca powder
    -1/3 cup goji berries
    -1 frozen banana
    -1 heaping scoop of almond butter
    -1 cup nut milk
    * optional kale or spirulina powder for added superfood-y-ness* (will change the color a bit)

Option to add protein powder to any and all of these smoothie recipes!
