YOGA Instruction
Yoga is an outlet, a way of catalyzing unionization in the mind and body. Yoga is a path of transformation and a tool that helps navigate the human experience, bringing you closer to yourself. With a background in Ashtanga, Emily likes to maintain the eastern integrity of yoga, focusing on the philosophy and metaphysical aspects of the practice, while incorporating the fun, effortless feel of dancing. She combines sequencing that is creative, playful and inspirational (i.e handstand much?) Bringing to light awareness and mindfulness, Emily seeks to help others find a nurturing balance in their lives through yoga and diet. It is her hope that everyone can find the truly blissful medium that life holds for us all, one yoga class at a time.
