If you like peanut butter, chocolate and all things amazing then you are in the right place!
Some protein ball recipes out there use heaps of hard-to-find, expensive ingredients that you’ll end up using only for that recipe.
For that reason, I sought out to develop a protein ball recipe that used everyday, household ingredients and involved minimal cooking or mess! && VOILA, the peanut butter protein ball recipe was born!
These balls are so tasty, nutrient-dense and perfect for that grab-n-go lifestyle so many of us are cruising on

Now on to the güd stuff…..
Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe:
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c cashews
1/3 c sunflower seeds
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/3 c coconut oil (melted works best)
1/3 c coconut shreds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 pitted dates
1/2 c chocolate chips
The trick is to make a paste out of the dates to begin, set that aside, mix all the dries, then mix all the wets.
Hand toss it all together, adding more coconut oil if necessary, but don’t overdo it or they won’t hold up outside the fridge.
Chill mixture for 30 minutes or so and then add chocolate chips and roll into balls
Yields about 25
